As Steve Latin-Kasper surveys the economic landscape in America, the picture is rather disconcerting. There is no way to avoid the reality: It could be pretty nasty for the rest of this year and 2009. And yet there is hope for the astute business owner, according to the National Truck Equipment Association's (NTEA) market data and research director.
