Nu Van Technology emerges from Chapter 11

Nu Van Technology Inc has emerged from the Chapter 11 reorganization process. Reorganization of the curtainside trailer and truck body manufacturer was confirmed by the U S Bankruptcy Court in an order dated June 4, 2003. Under the reorganization plan, which took effect June 16, the company maintains its internal corporate structuring.
