TRAILERS have to go where the tractor goes. But what if the tractor has to go up a 60° slope, climb over boulders, or wade across rivers? Stewart & Stevenson's Tactical Vehicles Systems has developed a trailer that does just that, enabling the United States military to effectively double the amount of cargo that a single truck can carry through less-than-friendly terrain.
