Another Scam Targets Bendix

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC and Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC are warning the public of repeated waves of consumer fraud activity that have appropriated the companies' identities. The companies are working closely with local and national law enforcement to report and investigate this latest wave of activity. The companies -- which first warned its employees, customers, and other consumers about the appearance of fraudulent sweepstakes scams in late March of this year -- have now been alerted to a third wave of fraudulent activity.
